Thank you to @win_waste in Bridgeport for partnering with us in the respectful retirement and disposal of nearly 1,000 worn American Flags 🇺🇸 These worn flags are collected from drop boxes (an Eagle Scout project from Troop 82) around town in Fairfield and brought to our post where EACH FLAG is folded and honored one last time. Another Eagle project from Troop 82 has just been completed that allows us a proper space in our basement for folding and preparing the flags as they come to us.
